As a Panelist, where should I go to check in?

After you have picked up your badge and at least a half an hour prior to your scheduled panel, head to the third floor of the Lancaster County Convention center. Near the top of the escalators and elevator bank for the Convention Center, there is a small room to the left hand side that has two stairs. This is the Zenkaikon Panel Operations office. 

You only need to check in once to get your badge ribbon and let us know you're on site. 

If you are able, walk up the steps and talk to the Panels staffer on duty. If you have any mobility difficulty, wave to the staff on duty and they will come down to meet you.
