I bought a membership but can no longer attend Zenkaikon. Can I transfer my membership to a friend?

You will need to submit a ticket here selecting the Registration type, so our staff can ensure a clean transfer manually.

In the ticket, we need the following:

1. the name of the original person on the ticket, 
2. the name of the person they would like to transfer to,
3. the email of the person they would like to transfer to,
4. and the date of birth for the person they would like to transfer to.
